Chelsea’s January signing says he has always wanted to play in the EPL

Chelsea January signing Enzo Fernandez has revealed he had always wanted to play in the EPL and he was happy to be given the opportunity to do so by the club.

Recall that Chelsea splashed millions to sign Fernandez from Benfica in January.
