With the January transfer window now close in the Premier League, every unfinished business regarding signing any new player by EPL clubs will have to be put on hold in the summer transfer window.

The latest report has claimed that Chelsea will return for Barcelona attacking Ousmane Dembele in the summer transfer window.

This comes after the Blues were unable to complete a transfer move for him in the just-concluded January transfer window.

Dembele was heavily expected to leave Camp Nou in January after entering the final six months of his deal with Xavi’s side.

After the news of his proposed transfer to French club Paris Saint-Germain failed, Dembele was linked with a late switch to Chelsea, although a deal did not materialise.

While the 24-year-old is set to see out the season with the Catalans, Sky Sports News claims that Chelsea still intend to secure his services this summer.

Dembele will be a free agent at the end of this season after he joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund five years ago in a deal worth £126 million.

Aside from Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham were also credited with a late interest in the France international, who has scored one goal in 11 appearances this season for Barcelona.
