Chelsea have allegedly earmarked Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore as a likely target for the summer transfer window.

Traore persevered through a disappointing Premier League season last term with just two goals and three assists – failing to score in the top flight until scoring the winner against Fulham on April 9.

The 25-year-old’s performances improved towards the end of the season, however, and hypothesis over his future has strengthened as he enters the last two years of his Molineux deal.

As per The Telegraph, Thomas Tuchel has been given a £200m transfer kitty for the summer, and Traore features on the Chelsea’s list of targets for the Champions League winners.

The report asserts that Thomas Tuchel values Traore’s qualities as a wing-back, but Wolves won’t endorse an exit for next to nothing, so Borussia Monchengladbach’s Jonas Hofmann has been recognized as a likely other option.

Traore scores 10 goals and 18 assists in 131 games for Wolves across all competitions, and he has been called up to the Spain squad for Euro 2020.
