The Blues will return to action on Saturday evening when they face Leeds United in the English Premier League.

Chelsea will head to the match after their recent 3-3 draw against Russian club Zenit in the UCL during the midweek.

Ahead of their game against Leeds this weekend, the Blues coach and Germany international, Thomas Tuchel, has revealed his side will be without four players.

One of the players that will be unavailable is the Blues midfielder and France star N’Golo Kante who has not played for the Blues since November 26th when they defeated Juventus in the UCL.

Tuchel is, however, hopeful that Kante will return to training soon.

“We are always worried when we have to live and play without N’Golo because he is an exceptional and unique player all over the world.

“In my personal opinion you cannot find a second N’Golo so of course, we are worried, but I’m also worried if he’s just missing some days.

“Now it is a slightly too long break again and we hope that he comes back to team training on Tuesday,” he said.

Tuchel also confirmed he will be without Trevoh Chalobah and Ben Chilwell through injuries, while Mateo Kovacic tested positive for COVID-19.

“Trevoh Chalobah is still out, Kovacic is obviously out, N’Golo Kante out for tomorrow and Ben Chilwell too,” he added.
