Chelsea target won’t be permitted to leave RB Leipzig in January
RB Leipzig are supposedly not keen on selling Dayot Upamecano during the January transfer window.
A release clause in the RB Leipzig defender’s contract will become an integral factor this summer, permitting the 22-year-old to leave the Red Bull Arena for a fee of £37.3m.
Notwithstanding, as indicated by report, RB Leipzig are not set to consider any offers this month as they are recently engaged with the Bundesliga title race and have aspirations of again establishing a genuine impression in the Champions League, with Liverpool their opponents in the round of 16.
The report asserts that Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United all want to bring the France international to the Premier League, while there is also interest from Bayern Munich.
The 22-year-old has made many appearances for Leipzig during the 2020-21 season, while he has featured on 134 occasions for the German club in all competitions since arriving from Red Bull Salzburg.
Alfred Draxler recently recommended that Bayern Munich were leading the race to sign Dayot Upamecano.
