Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has said that he would not be keen on joining Manchester United.

The Premier League giants are accepted to have a long-standing interest in the 30-year-old, who continues to be connected with a move away from Italy.

Notwithstanding, when questioned on an expected exit from Naples, Koulibaly uncovered that he would possibly leave if Manchester City, Real Madrid or Barcelona made an offer.

“If I chose to leave Napoli, I would just do it for two, greatest three clubs in the world. I’m talking [Pep] Guardiola’s Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona and no more,” Koulibaly told Arena Napoli.

The Senegal centre back has again been a significant player for Napoli during the 2021-22 season, making 13 appearances in all competitions, contributing two goals and one assist in the process.

Barcelona might struggle to afford the cost of Koulibaly because of their financial issues, but Real Madrid are accepted to be interested to bring a new defender to the club in 2022, having lost both Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos over the summer.
