Thanks to the ongoing world cup in Qatar, some players have been able to gain attention with their impressive performance as they become targets for new clubs, who could make moves to sign them in the winter transfer window by January.

There have been a few standout players at the World Cup, and Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus is one of them.

Kudus was a constant and real threat for Ghana in attack and got many tongues wagging before the African country were kicked out of the tournament.

According to sources at Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, Kudus has drawn interest from Chelsea, and they could put in some groundwork to try and sign him.

The report added that Kudus is open to moving to the Premier League from Dutch club Ajax, but they would be looking for at least £40m for him.

His current market value is £12.5m (transfermarkt), and Chelsea would be looking to sign him for much less than £40m with his current contract not running out until 2025.
