Chelsea switch attention from Ben Chilwell to sign PSG star

Chelsea have supposedly distinguished PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa as a possible option in contrast to Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell.

Chelsea have been firmly tipped to move for Ben Chilwell in the midst of vulnerability encompassing the fates of Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso, but the Leicester left-back would cost around £80m which could drive Frank Lampard’s side to search out different choices.

Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are also keen on signing Ben Chilwell ahead of what is probably going to be a financially confined transfer window.

Chelsea have directed their concentration toward PSG’s Layvin Kurzawa, who has assumed a supporting role to Juan Bernat for most of the 2019-20 season.

Layvin Kurzawa’s deal in the French capital set to lapse toward the end of the month, the 27-year-old would speak to a cut-price choice for Frank Lampard’s side in the midst of financial ramifications emerging from the coronavirus pandemic.

Chelsea purportedly stay intrigued by an arrangement for Porto’s Alex Telles, but the West London outfit will as far as anyone knows face solid competition from Manchester City to sign the Brazilian.

The Blues have just been intensely dynamic in the transfer market and are ready to have Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner at Stamford Bridge next season.
