Chelsea striker speaks on Potter’s impact on the club
Chelsea striker Aubameyang in a recent statement has opened up on new manager Graham Potter’s impact on the club.
Aubameyang while speaking after the Blues’ 1-1 draw against Red Bull Salzburg in the Champions League on Wednesday night urged other players to quickly adapt to Potter’s style of football.
Recall that Chelsea signed Potter as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel, who was sacked after the Blues’ defeat to Dinamo Zagreb.
Speaking to Hayters TV, Aubameyang said Chelsea players are trying to learn with their new manager adding that he thinks it would be easy to get used to the former Brighton manager.
He said:
“I think he’s a person who’s really positive, he’s a great character so we will try to learn with him, to win as soon as possible.
“I think his idea is very clear, so I think it’s going to be easy. Obviously it takes time to adapt to each other,” said Aubameyang.
