Chelsea are ready to let go of some players this summer with Kurt Zouma one of the big names set to leave Stamford Bridge on a permanent.

The blues have been linked with Sevilla defender Jules Kounde as Thomas Tuchel plans to shuffle his back line ahead of the new season.

Zouma was reportedly included in a deal that will bring Koude to Stamford Bridge but reports has it that he rejected the move.

The Frenchman is willing to stay in England where he’s settled and West Ham United have been linked as his next move.

West Ham manager David Moyes is keen to bolster the size of his squad ahead of a maiden campaign in the Europa League.

Latest report from 90min has now revealed that Zouma remains in West Ham’s thinking, despite their pursuit of Florentina defender
Nikola Milenkovic who is their preferred candidate.

The report added that Zouma might not be moving to West Ham as Chelsea are not prepared to budge from their £25m asking price.

West Ham are not willing to pay such fee for Zouma and the deal is off the table. Zouma will be hoping to make Thomas Tuchel’s first team when Chelsea play Villarreal in the UEFA Super cup on Wednesday.
