Premier League side, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are set to face off in a battle to sign Serie A midfielder, Frank Kessie from AC Milan.

Chelsea was linked with numerous players during the last transfer window but Thomas Tuchel eventually added three players to his squad.

Lukaku’s arrival at Chelsea is tagged their biggest deal this summer while Tottenham Hotspur also brought in some players.

However, their biggest deal during the transfer window is retaining the service of Harry Kane who was a top target for Manchester City.

Ahead of the next transfer window, Chelsea and Tottenham have now been linked with Frank Kessie who could be available on a free transfer next summer.

According to Italian journalist Claudio Raimondi, via Calciomercato, Chelsea and Tottenham are set to go head to head for the signature of the Ivory Coast international.

Despite being an important player for AC Milan, Kessie is yet to agree on a new deal and there are reports that he’s willing to take up a new challenge.
