Chelsea seal moves for another Fofana ahead of January transfer window

Ahead of the January transfer window set to commence in a matter of days, Chelsea have sealed a €12million signing of 20-year-old striker David Datro Fofana from Molde.

According to popular transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Fofana is set to undergo a medical at Chelsea on Thursday after reaching an agreement with the Blues.

Hopefully, the Molde striker would help Chelsea regain their lost form in the Premier League as they are struggling to make it back to the top four on the table.

“David Datro Fofana to Chelsea, done deal and here we go! There’s full agreement between all parties, deal sealed,” Romano tweeted.

“Been told medical tests will take place today in London, on his birthday. Born in 2002, Ivorian striker will join Chelsea from Molde for €12m fee”

This is coming after Chelsea had signed Wesley Fofana in the last summer transfer window.

In another news, Chelsea will return to action next Tuesday when they face Bournemouth in the EPL.
