Chelsea reportedly monitoring situation of young and experienced Seria A goalkeeper
Chelsea are already planning for a first full season under Thomas Tuchel as they are reportedly keeping a close eye on the situation of AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Thomas Tuchel has turned Chelsea around ever since he was appointed as the new manager and the club top hierarchy are ready to give him whatever he wants.
Donnarumma has become one of the most sorts after talent in Europe as he has been able to prove himself at AC Milan ever since he made his debut.
The Italian who is only 22 years old has racked up 235 appearances for Milan in all competitions ever since he made his but but he’s yet to pen an extension on his existing deal at San Siro which expires this summer.
Numerous club are interested in signing him up and Chelsea are reportedly on top of the list.
According to Eurosport, Chelsea are ready to sign Donnarumma whose negotiations with AC Milan have stalled in recent weeks due to his £9.1m yearly salary demand.
The reports added that Chelsea are willing to fork out Donnarumma’s desired wage if he moves to Stamford Bridge as the Blues are hopeful of selling Kepa Arrizabalaga in the upcoming window.
