Chelsea reportly fix Raheem Sterling’s asking price

Chelsea are set to part ways with some of their players this summer transfer window and one of them is Raheem Sterling.
A recent report claimed the Blues have set the asking price for Sterling ahead of his expected departure from Stamford Bridge.
The winner has not played in a competitive game since the arrival of Enzo Maresca as Chelsea manager, signaling that Sterling has no future at Stamford Bridge.
There were high expectations that Sterling’s loan transfer to Arsenal would land him a permanent deal but it never became a reality after he failed to impress at Emirates Stadium.
After creating only four assists from his 23 appearances in the Premier League and Champions League, Sterling returned to Chelsea at the end of the season.
A recent report by The Athletic revealed that the 30-year-old has already commenced pre-season training in a bid to get fit for when an opportunity arises.
The report claimed that the Blues are prepared to accept offers in the region of £20m.
While there are no interest for Sterling, he still has two years remaining on his current contract.
With no club unlikely to pay £20 million for Sterling considering his age, it is unknown if Chelsea or the winger will be willing to lower their expectations to facilitate a transfer.
