Chelsea are already getting acts together ahead of the January transfer windows.

Despite spending heavily in the recent summer window, Chelsea seems to spend more on signing new players as a report has now linked them with moves for Fulham midfielder Luke Harris.

The report revealed the Blues are prepared to offer a deal worth up to £30million in a bid to bolster their manager, Graham Potter’s squad.

Harris, who is on international duty for his home country Wales in the UEFA Nations League clash, has engrossed Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly’s gaze after scoring a hat-trick against the Blues at the youth level earlier this season.

The midfielder has been tipped to follow the path of former Fulham youngsters Fabio Carvalho and Harvey Elliott, who have since moved on to impress manager Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.

With his impressive form, he is considered a future star at Craven Cottage.

According to the reports, Chelsea have already begun talks with Fulham in a bid to sign the 17-year-old starlet to Stamford Bridge in January, according to the Mirror.
