Chelsea manager, Graham Potter, has given a team news update ahead of their Sunday game against Arsenal in the EPL.

Chelsea head to the game after their 2-1 win vs Dinamo Zagreb in the Uefa Champions League during the week.

The Blues goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga will miss the match against Arsenal, while midfielder Mateo Kovacic could get a nod to play.

“Kepa, no. I don’t think he will play before the World Cup.

“Kovacic trained today so he will be in contention.

“Carney [Chukwuemeka] has a slight issue with his hamstring that we are getting to the bottom of,” Potter said.

The Blues will hope to bounce back from their embarrassing 4-1 against Potter’s former club Brighton last weekend in the EPL.

While Chelsea currently sit in sixth place, they are seated 10 points behind table toppers Arsenal, who will hope to retain their spot by winning all three points vs the Blues.
