Chelsea handed boost to sign this Dortmund player
Ahead of the next transfer window in the summer, Chelsea under new manager, Thomas Tuchel have been handed a boost to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
This will only happen if the Blues are willing to pay £77 million for the transfer of the England international.
According to the MirrorUK, Chelsea can look to sign Jadon Sancho in a cut-price deal next season.
This comes after Borussia Dortmund CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke revealed that the star forward could be allowed to leave in the summer.
According to the reports, the effects of the pandemic is still being felt by most clubs across Europe and Watzke has revealed that one of his aim is to keep the club and its financial state in balance.
This could mean selling of some of their players.
Aside Chelsea, Premier League side, Man Utd have also shown interest in Sancho and it will be left to the club which is ready to pay to finally secure the deal.
Before this Chelsea have reportedly been linked with moves to sign Erling Haaland but Dortmund have insisted he wouldn’t be allowed to leave the club this summer.
It is however yet to be known if a mouth watering offer can change the mind of the German side on letting Haaland leave.
