Premier League side Chelsea FC might be forced to look elsewhere in their search for q striker, and they might be considering former Liverpool forward Danny Ings.

Danny Ings has been consistent in scoring goals ever since his spell with Liverpool ended, and top clubs in England have now been alerted about his future.

The England international has failed to agree to a new deal with Southampton, with his current deal set to expire next season.

Southampton are now left to make a significant decision on his future with the likes is Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea willing to take advantage of the situation.

With Chelsea also in the transfer market for a striker, Ings might be joining the London club if they agree to a price with Southampton.

Liverpool have a 20 per cent sell-on clause, which means the Saints will want Danny to leave at a high price.

However, it will be a good deal for Chelsea, who have been with a move to Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.
