Chelsea have secured an out-of-window transfer agreement for a highly promising young winger who is already making an impact at senior level.

The club has prioritized signing emerging talent in recent years, aiming to develop future stars rather than paying premium fees for established players.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have reached an agreement to sign Sporting CP winger Geovany Quenda. Despite being just 17 years old, Quenda has already made 26 league appearances for Sporting and featured in 10 Champions League matches this season.
