Chelsea defender Trevor Chalobah has been named among one of the players that could leave the club this January transfer window.

This comes as Chalobah has been linked with a move to the Blues rivals Fulham.

Chalobah, who is considered a surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge, is yet to play for Chelsea under new manager Mauricio Pochettino this season.

A report via Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg revealed that Fulham have held talks about signing the 24-year-old on an initial six-month loan deal.

The Cottagers would look to have a buy-out clause included in the deal.

Chalobah has dealt with a long-term hamstring injury this season.

He was linked with an exit from Chelsea last summer after receiving interest from Bayern Munich and Nottingham Forest.

Aside from Chalobah, Chelsea star Armando Broja has also been linked with moves to Fulham, among other clubs.
