Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has insisted that world cup winner N’Golo Kante is still part of his plans as the Blues prepare for their FA Cup clash with Barnsley.

N’Golo Kante has become one of Chelsea’s most important players ever since he joined some seasons ago from Leicester City but he has been struggling with injuries for the past few weeks.

However, he has been forced to start from the bench ever since Thomas Tuchel arrived in Chelsea and reports have linked him with a move out of the club.

Thomas Tuchel during his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s match against Barnsley has now heaped praise on the midfielder as he noted that he’s part of his plans at Chelsea.

The former Paris Saint-Germain manager stated that N’Golo fits into any manager’s plans on the planet and he was desperate to have him in him teams he coached in the past.

Tuchel noted that he’s so happy to have Kante back again and he was put on the pitch against Tottenham and he helped everybody on the pitch, which is what he does.

According to Tuchel, he’s so humble to be Kante’s coach and he will start tomorrow.
