EPL sides Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with a move for Spain forward Nico Williams, who is worth around £50m.

Williams, who is on international duty for his home country Spain in the ongoing World Cup has become a centre of attraction for many clubs.

With the January transfer window set to commence a few days after the World Cup ends, players are firmly in the shop window this tournament.

A report via GOAL Espana revealed that both Arsenal and Chelsea could make a move for Williams in the January transfer window, with the Athletic Bilbao forward having a €50m release clause.

Chelsea would need to sign a new forward in January and Williams could be the man they need considering the fact that they are struggling to impress this season.

Arsenal on the other hand are currently seated at the number one spot on the EPL table but will need to add squad depth if they want to remain at their current spot.
