Former Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace manager, Tony Pulis in a recent statement has stressed that Chelsea striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not the main man anymore in the Blues’ squad.

Pulis believe Aubameyang will now be a squad player under Chelsea boss, Graham Potter.

This is coming after Chelsea’s Premier League 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge.

“I really do think they bought Aubameyang as a cover more than anything else. He has gone from being that good to dropping just over the top of the hill now,” Pulis told Amazon Prime.

“He will come on and score goals. I am sure he will add something during the season, but he is not the main man anymore.”

Recall that Aubameyang moved to Stamford Bridge from Spanish club Barcelona during the summer after two of Chelsea’s strikers Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku returned to their former clubs.
