Italian Serie A giants, AC Milan are already making plans for new players they could sign in the next transfer window.

The recent report revealed the Italian club are eyeing a move for Montpellier forward, Jerome Akor as a replacement for Olivier Giroud.

Giroud, who once played for Premier League clubs Chelsea and Arsenal will turn 37 in September.

This means the French player has a few years left in the game.

Ahead of his departure, Rooseneri are considering Akor as a long-term successor to the Frenchman.

Aside from Akor, AC Milan also have Ivory Coast international, Serhou Guirassy and Canada’s Jonathan David on their target list.

Akor joined Ligue 1 club, Montpellier from Norwegian outfit, Lillestrom in the summer.
