Reports from Italy suggest that AC Milan are showing strong interest in signing Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson this summer.

According to reputable Italian sources, including Alfredo Pedullà and Matteo Moretto, Milan have made initial enquiries regarding the conditions of a possible transfer.

The Rossoneri had initially targeted Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface, but his high valuation appears to have shifted their focus toward Jackson. Chelsea’s reported asking price of around €50 million makes Jackson a more attainable option, considering they signed him for €35 million from Villarreal two years ago.

Milan are not the only club monitoring the 23-year-old forward. Reports indicate that Juventus, Napoli, and Atlético Madrid have also expressed interest in his services.

Jackson was a key contributor for Chelsea last season, finishing as the club’s second-highest goal scorer behind Cole Palmer. His ability to score and create opportunities has made him an important part of the team’s attacking setup. Notably, he became just the second Chelsea striker since Diego Costa to score 10 or more league goals in back-to-back seasons, alongside Tammy Abraham.

At just 23, Jackson still has significant room for development. His physicality, pace, and pressing ability have consistently helped elevate Chelsea’s overall attacking play. Should Chelsea decide to sell him, replacing his unique impact could prove challenging. His potential departure would likely leave a noticeable gap in the squad ahead of the new season.
