The coming summer transfer window is expected to be a busy one for Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca as he expected to make some changes in the Blues squad.

A recent report via the Guardian disclosed that Maresca has penciled down the name of at least 15 players to be offloaded from the squad in the summer.

It will be recall that Maresca led the Blues to qualify for the Champions League and win the Europa Conference League.

The Italian is now focused on plans for next season and this month’s Club World Cup.

So far Chelsea have seal a move for Liam Delap and are expected to make an announcement on his switch from Ipswich Town soon.

The Blues are also expected to let go of Renato Veiga, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling, Lesley Ugochukwu, Djordje Petrovic and Joao Felix, who were all sent out on loan last season.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Christopher Nkunku will be allowed to leave for the right offer as they struggled to make impress in the Premier League.

While Trevoh Chalobah’s future at Stamford Bridge remains in doubt, the Blues are expected to accept offers for Wesley Fofana due to his incessant injuries.

Should the Blues sign a new goalkeeper, then Robert Sanchez will have to leave.

The addition of a new striker after Delap could be the end of the road for Nicolas Jackson at Chelsea.

Noni Madueke’s name also made the list of players the Blues could offload this summer.
