Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reacted to his side defeat to Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday in the Premier League.

Ten Hag in a post-match statement said the Red Devils lost the match because of their injury woes and lack of concentration from the team.

The recent defeat to Arsenal was the second successive loss this week for the Red Devils.

Arsenal star Leandro Trossard scored the lone goal at Old Trafford as the Gunners went on top on the league table.

Former Chelsea star Kai Havertz was kept onside by Casemiro and the German’s cross was converted by Trossard.

Ten Hag, who was without captain Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford for the game said his side played the game without seven starting players against one of the best teams in the league.

He also pointed out that his side didn’t have the right attitude which impacted their performance.

According to Ten Hag, the Red Devils didn’t have the right press, which made it easy for the opponent.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will hoping Tottenham Hotspur defeat Man City when they meet during the week.

The Gunners are in the race to win the Premier League title against Man City who have an edge.
