Former Arsenal winger, Theo Walcott, in a recent statement has described Bukayo Saka as England’s main threat in the ongoing Euro 24 tournament in Germany.

Recall that Saka scored for the English national team, as they drew 1-1 with Switzerland in the Euro 2024 quarter-final clash, before securing a win through the penalty shoot-out win.

Following their victory over the Swiss, England led by Gareth Southgate will now face the Netherlands in the semi-final next Wednesday.

Walcott in a statement ahead of the match said Saka kept many guessing. He added that what the Gunners star is doing right now, shows he is also keeping his full-back guessing.

The former Arsenal star said one doesn’t know if Saka is going to come inside, outside, and as well they need to double up on him a lot more.

“When you get tight on Bukayo Saka, he can just roll you, he’s so positive in his mind,” Walcott said.

He added that the Gunners star is literally playing to his strengths which is what people want to see more of.

Meanwhile, England have been named as one of the favourites to win the Euro 24 tournament this year.

If they defeat the Netherlands, they will face one of Spain or France in the final.
