Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, is refusing to let midfielder Emile Smith Rowe leave this summer transfer window expect two of his conditions are met, according to the UK Mirror reports.

One of the conditions is the the Gunners boss will consider the midfielder’s transfer from Emirates it if he pushes for an exit.

Also, the North London club will agree to let him leave if they get a good offer from interested clubs.

However, Arteta is determined to keep Smith Rowe at the club, but his future remains in doubts at the Emirates.

Recall that Smith Rowe made into the England squad and scored 10 Premier League goals in the 2021/2022 season.

However, since then, the midfielder game opportunities have been limited as the Blues have other players who can play in his role.

The England star has made just 33 appearances over the last two seasons for Arsenal, with only four of those being starts.

Recall that the Gunners turned down interest from Aston Villa in 2021 while Fulham have seen one bid rejected this summer for Smith Rowe.
