Arsenal’s Rice, Madueke make England squad

Arsenal stars Declan Rice, Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke were among the players who were called up for England national team.
This comes as England manager, Thomas Tuchel, on Friday unveiled his squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in September.
England are scheduled to play against Andorra and Serbia.
Real Madrid’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has lost his spot in the La Liga team to Dani Carvajal, has been dropped.
Cole Palmer, Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka and Levi Colwill are out injured.
The likes of Jack Grealish, Harry Maguire and Phil Foden who are key players in England national team in the past were not included.

Goalkeepers: Pickford, Henderson, Trafford
Defenders: Burn, Guehi, James, Konsa, Lewis-Skelly, Livramento, Spence, Stones.
Midfielders: Anderson, Gibbs-White, Henderson, Rice, Rogers, Wharton.
Attackers: Bowen, Eze, Gordon, Kane, Madueke, Rashford, Watkins.
Meanwhile, Eberechi Eze, who joined the Gunners as their seventh signing this summer transfer window from Crystal Palace is expected to make his debut for the Gunners when they play Liverpool on Sunday.
Eze, was present in the dugout during Arsenal’s big win against Leeds United last weekend.
