Hector Bellerin is set to leave the club in the summer transfer window, as indicated by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The Spain international has regularly borne the brunt of criticism this term, and he is no longer Mikel Arteta’s best option right-back after the new emergence of Calum Chambers.

Cedric Soares has also restricted Bellerin’s playing time this season, and the defender has been connected with moves to Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain in the wake of his turbulent season.

Presently, Romano claims that Bellerin will look for pastures new in the summer, and keeping in mind that Arsenal are determined to signing another right-back, they are yet to recognize any priority targets.

Romano adds that talks are yet to be held over Achraf Hakimi, who wants to remain at Inter Milan, while Brighton and Hove Albion’s Tariq Lamptey isn’t high on Arteta’s list either.

Bellerin has scored one goal and four assists in all competitions this term, however he has not featured in any of Arsenal’s last six Premier League matches.
