Arsenal and Tottenham Join Race for Norway Star After World Cup Impact

Arsenal and Tottenham are among a number of Premier League clubs keeping a close eye on Norway international Antonio Nusa following his standout performances at the World Cup.
The highly-rated 21-year-old has impressed scouts with his pace, direct dribbling and ability to operate across the front line, making him one of Europe’s most exciting young attacking talents. His displays in North America have only strengthened his growing reputation, with several clubs now considering a move.
Nusa joined RB Leipzig from Club Brugge in the summer of 2024 and quickly established himself as an important member of the German side’s squad. His development has continued on the international stage, where he played a key role for Norway, including scoring the decisive goal in a 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the Round of 32.
Arsenal are understood to be assessing the winger as they continue their search for greater quality on the left flank. Mikel Arteta is keen to strengthen his attacking options ahead of the new season, and Nusa’s versatility makes him an attractive target.
Tottenham remain firmly in the picture after previously expressing interest in the youngster and maintaining contact with his representatives. Newcastle United are also monitoring the situation closely, while other Premier League clubs are believed to be tracking his progress.
With Leipzig valuing Nusa at around £51.3 million, competition for his signature is expected to intensify in the coming weeks. If his World Cup performances are anything to go by, the Norwegian winger could become one of the most sought-after talents of the summer transfer window.
