Manchester United are once again in the news as they consider a replacement for manager Erik ten Hag.

The Red Devils are said to have drawn up a four-man shortlist of potential candidates who could replace their under-pressure manager this season.

Ten Hag is under pressure to keep his job after the Red Devils were held to a 1-1 draw in Thursday’s Europa League clash with Fenerbahce led by former manager Jose Mourinho.

The Red Devils have now drawn each of their three matches in the league and are now also seated outside the top ten on the Premier League table.

As Ten Hag prepares his side for Sunday’s clash with West Ham, the Man United appear to be drawing up a list of potential replacements should they decide to sack the 54-year-old in the near future.

A report via the Daily Mail revealed the Red Devils are considering four potential candidates, including Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim.

Also on the list is former Barcelona manager Xavi as the Red Devils could make moves for him in the summer if he is available.

Amorim and Xavi are joined on the shortlist by former Borussia Dortmund boss Edin Terzic and current Brentford manager  Thomas Frank.
