Eriksen speaks on his increase game time at Man Utd
Manchester United star Christian Eriksen last season was struggling for game time under manager Erik ten Hag.
However, he has witnessed a resurgence this campaign and has made more than five appearances for the Red Devils so far.
The Dane is one of only three fit midfielders who travelled to Turkey for Man United’s Europa League campaign.
So far, Eriksen has made a significant impact on his team’s performances in Europe, scoring against FC Twente and providing two assists in the Red Devils 3-3 match against Porto.
When questioned about his recent increase in playing time due to his rise in form, the Dane was determined to remain grounded, saying, “Some games you play and some you don’t.”
He added that he has been in and out the last two seasons but definitely enjoys playing for Manchester United.
According to Eriksen, Ten Hag makes the decisions on who is playing and the player does their best when they can.
The Denmark international also mentioned that he anticipates a very hostile atmosphere at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on Thursday.
He added that he enjoys such atmospheres because they inspire the players.
Man Utd will hope to beat Fenerbahce when they meet tonight.
