This Player is named favourite at Liverpool ahead of Mo Salah

Liverpool is home to one of the most dangerous attacking trio in Europe which include Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Robert Firmino

The trio were at their best last season as they helped the Reds win the Premier League title after years of waiting.

However, they have been unable to repeat the same action from last season this season as they continue to suffer set back.

In all of these,  Senegal international, Sadio Mane has named his favourite player at Anfield.

While many would have expected Mane to pick Egypt international, Mohammed Salah as his favourite, he went on to name Brazil star, Roberto Firmino as his favourite.

Mane in his statement revealed he remains a big fan of Firmino, who he believes does not get the credit he deserves.

Speaking on his relationship with Firmino, the Senegalese football star told ESPN Brasil: “I think Brazil are just lucky to have Firmino.

Mane in his statement revealed he always tell Firmino to change his nationality and come to Senegal which for him (Mane) would be a dream.

”I just love him. And as a team-mate, I think he’s my favourite. I love him,” Firmino said.

Liverpool are focused on remaining in the top four this season as winning the EPL title now seems out of reach.
