Why Kane shouldn’t move to Man City

As the summer transfer window moves closer, England international, Harry Kane has been linked with moves away from Leicester City.

Kane has revealed his intention to leave the club over their failure to lift a single trophy.

With this, he has been linked with moves to Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd this summer.

However, football pundit, John Barnes has advised Kane to make a move to Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge instead of Man City.

According to Barnes, he stressed that if Kane goes to Manchester City, he’s not going to be the player he is at Tottenham, because at the North London side he is the creator, goal scorer and the focal point for everything.

”“Whereas, at Man City, he would not be that as there are other players that provide for him, it is a more comprehensive way of playing that he would not be used to,” he said.

Barnes revealed that Man Utd and Chelsea need a centre forward and Kane would get a better spot in any of the two clubs.

Chelsea for one would need a new striker as Thomas Tuchel is likely to offload an underperforming Timo Werner in the summer transfer window.
