Arsenal have been making some good grounds with their signing this summer and it is a strong message to the likes of Chelsea and Man Utd, who are yet to sign new players that finishing in the top four next season wouldn’t be all that easy.

Arsenal are out to spend big this summer and have been able to complete moves for some of their targets, while others are on the way.

Former Newcastle United star, Darren Ambrose while reacting to this new move from Arsenal the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea who have been so quiet in the market need to be worried.

The North London spent over £160million last summer, signing Aaron Ramsdale, Ben White, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Martin Odegaard, and Takehiro Tomiyasu, amongst others

And this summer, they are ready to spend £215m and have already completed deals for the likes of Marquinhos (£3m), Fabio Vieira, (£34m) and Matt Turner (£7.55m).

The latest reports flying around also claimed the Gunners are favourites to sign Man City star Gabriel Jesus and West Ham star Raphinha.

Ambrose told talkSPORT, “I think it’s great for Arteta. He seems to be the only manager that realises there’ll be five substitutes next season.
