Why Arsenal may not be able to defeat Tottenham
The Premier League continues today and one of the biggest matches today will be between two North London clubs; Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
Arsenal will hope to win all three points against the Hotspurs but it is going to be a difficult match for the Gunners considering some factors.
The Gunners still have quite a number of weaknesses in their squad especially at the midfield where they lack a creative midfielder, which will be exploited by Tottenham.
In the terms of performance this season, Tottenham have been spectacular as they currently sit in the top four on the EPL table.
Arsenal have won just four of their opening 10 Premier League games this season and have registered just one point from their last three matches.
Spurs led by Jose Mourinho, on the other hand, have made a strong start with 21 points so far.
Sky Sports pundit, Paul Merson, in a statement has said he is filled with “dread” ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Tottenham on Sunday.
He admitted that he can’t see how the Gunners can beat Jose Mourinho’s men.
“I dread this football match tomorrow. I dread it. I just can’t see how Arsenal can possibly win this game tomorrow. I can’t see how they win it.
“Unless, they do what Tottenham do and they all sit back with 10 men behind the ball.”
