Manchester United continue to struggle this season under their interim coach Ralf Rangnick.

The Red Devils were in poor form on Sunday in the English Premier League, where they played against toppers and rivals Man City in a Manchester derby.

Man City, led by Pep Guardiola, defeated Man Utd in a 4-1 scoreline.

The duo of Kevin de Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez scored two each of the halves and gave Man City’s six-point lead at the top of the Premier League.

Jadon Sancho scored one goal for the Red Devils, but it was not enough to save them from the defeats.

As it stands, Man Utd have now dropped from the top four on the EPL table.

Man Utd’s defeat means Arsenal have now moved to the fourth position on the log after they defeated Watford in an earlier game on Sunday.

It also means that Pep Guardiola’s City are now six points above Liverpool in the race for the 2021-2022 Premier League title, with the Reds having one game in hand.
