Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has insisted that the club must sell two players if they are to secure the signing of Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish this summer.

Just like last summer, Jack Grealish is on top of Manchester United wish list as they hope to secure his signing from Aston Villa.

Both clubs were not able to struck a deal last summer but united are not backing down in their pursuit.

When asked if Grealish would be a good signing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, Ferdinand states that he will surely add value to the team.

Ferdinand stated that he does not think the move will happen as United got Rashford and Pogba playing on the left, which is where Jack plays.

According to Ferdinand, Jack’s best position is on the left, and the next best position anyone will imagine would be number 10.

However, these are the positions where United most influential players in terms of attacking positions are, so it will be difficult to see Grealish at Manchester United right now.

Ferdinand added that unless Manchester United ship one or two of the boys away, he sees Grealish deal as a difficult one to be done.
