Ten Hag predicts team to win Premier League title next season

Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag has said only their rivals Man City can speak about winning the Premier League title next season.

The Citizen, who have won the title for the third consecutive year, did it in style last season when they won a Treble by defeating Man United to win the FA Cup and beating Inter Milan in the Champions League final.

Meanwhile, Ten Hag, who moved to Old Trafford from Dutch side Ajax, in his first season in England, won the Carabao Cup and also finished in third place behind Man City and Arsenal.

Ten Hag in a recent statement ahead of a new season has now claimed Man City have the advantage in the title race.

“I think no-one in the Premier League can do that [talk about the title].

“Maybe Man City, because for the last six years they won the title five times.

“They can talk about that, but any other club must first compete for the first four positions,” Ten Hag said according to Express Sport.
