The blues are ready to inject some fresh blood into their squad and some big names have been linked to Thomas Tuchel’s team.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski after they couldn’t agree a deal with Borussia Dortmund for 21 years old Erling Haaland.

With Bayern Munich not ready to let go of their clinical striker, Chelsea have now registered their interest in signing Manchester City target Jack Grealish.

Grealish has been tipped to leave Aston Villa this summer and Manchester City are rumoured to be his preferred destination.

The England international was earlier linked to Manchester United but the reds have confirmed the signature of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.

With City still struggling to get Grealish’s deal done, the Express claim Chelsea side are looking to hijack the Pep Guardiola’s pursuit of the England international.

Chelsea are eager to win the battle for Grealish’s signature ahead of Manchester City that were prepared to spend £100m on the Aston Villa playmaker this summer.
