Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has insisted that anything can still happen in the summer transfer window that’s set to close in the next few days.

Pep Guardiola has been able to sign Jack Grealish this summer with the club not able to sign Harry Kane, their top target this summer.

Kane was meant to replace Sergio Aguero who left the club after the expiration of his contract but the England international has decided to stay at Tottenham.

Guardiola during his press conference was asked if City still has any plans ahead of the transfer deadline and the Spanish tactician noted that every season is the same.

The former Barcelona manager stated that clubs always arrive on the last days and maybe this time big things could happen but he does not know what will happen.

Guardiola noted that transfer windows are weird, big issues. English teams have done one or two signings, maybe Madrid will do something, he does not know.

Asked whether some of his players could leave City, Pep added that right now he don’t think so but maybe it will happen noting that in four days anything can happen.
