Olise in high demand: Why Chelsea’s rivals want Crystal Palace star

Crystal Palace star Michael Olise is one of the most wanted young stars this summer with tops clubs in the Premier League willing to make a move for him this transfer window.

Olise had impressed last campaign for Crystal Palace under Roy Hodgson and Oliver Glasner, putting him in the spotlight for a potential move to another club this summer.

The 22-year-old is said to be Chelsea’s top target this summer, with the Blues having done some underground work during last campaign.

Last summer, the west London side had made a move for Olise by activating his release clause which was around £35million.

While Olise was expected to move to Stamford Bridge, the French Olympic star penned a new deal at Selhurst Park, which increased his value and release clause, making Blues losing interest as they made a move for another player.

However, this summer, it is not only the Blues who are now interested in Oliseh as reports revealed Manchester United are interested in him to bolster their ranks, given that Antony and Jadon Sancho failed to impress at Old Trafford.

Premier League champions Manchester City are also interested in the winger to offer competition to Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden.
