France international Christopher Nkunku is expected to resume at Chelsea this summer where he would begin a new season.

Recall that the Frenchman signed a pre-contract agreement last year in a £52million move from RB Leipzig to Stamford Bridge.

Nkunku who is on international duty with his home country has broken his silence on his move to Chelsea this summer.

In a report via Football.london, Nkunku, was coy about his future and the summer transfer window as he said when asked about his move to Chelsea while on international duty: “I am focused on gathering with Les Bleus. Everything that happens after, we will have time to think.”

When asked about his favourite position and where he might play under Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge, Nkunku added: “I play where the coach decides. I don’t want to be a problem but a solution.

“But I can be in front, in support or on the sides. I have this ability to adapt it – I like to be free.”
