Mikel Arteta reveals Arsenal’s transfer plan ahead of deadline day

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has revealed the club’s plan for this summer transfer window that will be shut in the next few days.

The London club are currently the biggest spender in the Premier League and are still linked with some players as they hope to bounce back from a disappointing start to the finish.

Arsenal have been linked with a loan deal for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar just days after they secured the signature of Martin Odegaard on a permanent deal from Real Madrid.

The likes of Lucas Torreira, Hector Bellerin  and Sead Kolasinac are also reportedly willing to leave the club before the transfer window closes.

When asked about Arsenal’s potential incomings and outgoings before the window closes, Arteta while speaking with Sky Sports stated that he does not know what will happen but a few days to go some exits are planned.

The Spaniard noted that Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac leaving is speculation.

According to Arteta, while they are in the club, the club treat everybody as good as they can, give them minutes.

Arteta added that both players have incredible attitude so when we can reward them with minutes because they deserve that.

Arsenal bounced back from their poor start to the season by beating West Brom 6-0 in their Carabao Cup clash.
