Former Manchester United player, Gary Neville has urged the club to move for Harry Kane this summer transfer window in a bid to win the Premier League.

Manchester United have been active in the current transfer window, bringing in Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund and Raphael Varane from Real Madrid.

However, Gary Neville believes Solskjaer still has a missing puzzle in his team and would be of great advantage if it’s solved before the transfer deadline day.

Speaking on Sky Sports, prior to Leceister City and West Ham United’s Premier League clash, Neville stated that he does not know why Manchester United aren’t going that extra step this transfer window.

According to Neville, United are always going after the best English player in the Premier League historically.

He asked why Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are not going for Harry Kane?

Gary Neville insisted that If Harry Kane entered Manchester United, you get to 94, 95 points and they still have to replace Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial.

He added that United should get Kane noting that the Tottenham Hotspur striker coming in would be the differentiator.

Kane has become a top target for Manchester United rival, Manchester City who have not been able to struck a deal with Tottenham Hotspur.
