Manchester City reportedly make final decision on Harry Kane

Premier League champion Manchester City are willing to walk away from Harry Kane if they fail to agree on a transfer fee with Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

Harry Kane has become Manchester City’s top target this season, but they’ve been finding it hard to strike a deal with Tottenham Hotspur.

The England international missed Tottenham Hotspur’s victory over Manchester City on Sunday but has been named in the squad for Thursday’s Europa Conference League play-off against Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira.

With the 28 years old set to feature in the match, Daily Mail reports that City will not pursue any deal if Tottenham fails to comply this month.

City are yet to improve upon their £100million informal offer to Spurs earlier in the summer, with Kane valued at a minimum of £150m.

With Kane set to turn 29 before the start of next season, City will be turning their attention towards another youngster like Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappe.

City, though, are still committed to completing a move for Kane if they can get it done before the August 31 deadline.
