Man Utd winger slammed over Chelsea’s draw against Nottingham Forest
Former Chelsea star, Tony Cascarino has reacted to Jadon Sancho’s performance against Nottingham Forest in their recent outing in the Premier League.
Cascarino warned Sancho that could lose his place in the Blues first team if he continues playing conservatively.
The former Blues slammed the Man Utd laonee for being “far too easy to play against” after the club’s 1-1 draw at home to Nottingham Forest at the weekend.
According to the former Chelsea star, the Englishman must learn from the directness of his teammates, praising the goalscorer Noni Madueke.
Cascarino advised Sancho on the need to show more dynamism to keep his spot in manager Enzo Maresca’s squad.
Speaking via Metro, Cascarino said the truth is that he Sancho made it easy for Nottingham Forest’s right back Ola Aina to play against him during their weekend encounter.
While stressing that there are no question about Sancho being a good player, and his touch almost always sound, the former Chelsea player, however, said he must stop playing such a conservative game.
He noted that he didn’t get into a physical battle with Aina and never tried to take him on.
Cascarino added Sancho doesn’t have that burst of acceleration to get at defenders.
