Man Utd suffer double injury blow

Manchester United have in a recent report confirmed that two of their players Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund have picked up injuries that will see them miss matches after the international break.

Both Eriksen and Hojlund will be missing in action for their home country Denmark after they were forced to withdraw after picking up knocks during Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Luton Town.

While Eriksen came off in the first half with a knee injury, Hojlund seemed to have picked up a hamstring issue in the second half.

The two players may not be able to join the Man Utd squad until December.

“Christian has a knee injury that is set to keep him out for around a month.

“Rasmus suffered a muscle strain. It is hoped he will return before the end of November,” a statement from the club on Monday evening confirmed.
